Fine multiple rings

This is a time when I don’t think  about new summer clothes anymore but, at the same time, I don’t really want to go into winter ones either.

That’s when I try to find alternatives, not consciously, but I guess my brain is always looking for something to do with fashion (my passion!).

So, now I am a little obsessed with finding these:

Fine multiple rings….

I am not sure how one goes about finding them though, I have seen similar versions on sites but I want to try them on, I want to purchase them in an actual shop, you know, one you actually step in, touch things, try them on!! I have tried where I live but they don’t even know what I am talking about… rather small place where and I guess trends arrive once in the rest of the world they are over… But, I am at present in a bigger town so I think I will try here.

There is another reason I haven’t bought them on-line, my favourite sites only have cheap ones, and, as I am a lazy person, I don’t want to have to take them off in order to enter the shower because otherwise they will become tarnished…Anyway, I do like and want something made out of gold or al least silver.

Off I go, in search of them! Will update if I find anything.

Navy, lilac and burgundy

I went out last night, which is quite a happening for me!! I wore this great COS dress, which I have now had for three summers. It’s a very simple dress but with a gorgeous cut. The accessories were: a statement necklace which is a greyish lilac and my burgundy lace-up sandals.  My point is: the colour’s match looked very nice!!

I don’t like the colour lilac much, but this specific greyish one, and small doses of it, I am ok with. So my look was similar to this:

The necklace I found is a little too bright, mine is much more grey than that…anyway, it doesn’t have to be a necklace, you could also wear a scarf:

The half tuck

I have finally bought (and received),  the most gorgeous and long-awaited striped oversized shirt, here it is:

I do like it very much. I haven’t actually worn it yet, so perhaps I should wait before making such a statement, but I CAN say my first impression is really good, we’ll see in time whether I do end up using it a lot.

Now, I need some colder weather though… I am looking forward to wearing it with a pair of jeans or trousers for a more elegant, if a little boring, look. Plus I would like to try what is now called “the half tuck”, not necessarily every time I use my new shirt though.

This is it:

This is the one I prefer, with the shirt tucked in at the front only. But I will perhaps try this next one too, with the shirt tucked in just on one side:

I fancy the trousers match more, although one could argue the skirt match is certainly a newer look.

Now let’s hope in the weather…
