Olive + burgundy + denim

All three of them great colours in their own right, but rather nice together too, I find. Here’s a picture of the famous Irina of “A portable package” wearing them:

I wouldn’t go into overdrive with the burgundy…ok for accessories, perhaps a sweater. Love olive for the clothes. Denim? Need I say?

I have put few things together, just to get the general idea of these lovely colours together:

Burt orange, rust, burgundy and blues

Back from my last summer holiday and already wishing autumn was sooner…

I am terribly excited about the new colours for the cold season, right now about these specific ones: burnt orange, rust, burgundy and blue. Some people might think I am a bit mad, I am so crazy about these shades and combinations of them, I can hardly wait to wear them! Imagine somebody looking at a famous painting and admiring it, feeling it’s one of the most beautiful things they have ever seen… well, that’s how I feel. Because I don’t think there’s a difference, if something is beautiful, it just is, no matter what it is. It could be a painting, a tree, a bird, or a combination of colours!!

Enough! Here they are:

Burgundy + imperial blue

Burnt orange and norse blue

I hate orange. But, provided it is matched with the right colours, I love these darker shades of orange. Blue, I like just about every shade available.

Navy, lilac and burgundy

I went out last night, which is quite a happening for me!! I wore this great COS dress, which I have now had for three summers. It’s a very simple dress but with a gorgeous cut. The accessories were: a statement necklace which is a greyish lilac and my burgundy lace-up sandals.  My point is: the colour’s match looked very nice!!

I don’t like the colour lilac much, but this specific greyish one, and small doses of it, I am ok with. So my look was similar to this:

Navy blue + lilac + burgundy

The necklace I found is a little too bright, mine is much more grey than that…anyway, it doesn’t have to be a necklace, you could also wear a scarf:
