I have added a list of blogs I decided to follow. I can’t find a way to add to this list the best one I found though! ( see my love and knowledge for technology in previous and recent attempts ended miserably….).

Have a look. It’s very good. I especially like Sabrina, both because she writes about fashion and because she is incredibly witty. Actually, particularly because of the latter. Not only people ought to think more about frivolous matters (as long as they usually take the important things in life seriously), but they should do it with a good dose of humour (British is best!!).

Mohair knits and others….

Christmas is over, Hogmanay too, the sales aren’t interesting anymore. Now?

Well, the weather is getting colder, no way we can start thinking about spring. Not that I want to, I love winter clothes too much. I still want something fresh though, as in “new ideas” fresh and I have found it. Mohair see-through sweaters. I love them. This is the perfect one:

Cosy looking (hopefully warm too), chic and FRESH!

 

 

Fabulous colour too, goes with just about anything and is easily made to look “wintery” or “springy”, depending on the weather and how you feel of course…

I adore petrol blue, although this one looks more like a green to me!!

While looking for mohair sweaters I have also come across some other tops, which have absolutely nothing to do with mohair, or see-through for that matter, but I fancied them, so I thought that was a good enough reason to put them in my post!!!

I also think cashmere is always a good place to go but with  “new season” colours:

I am surprised I like the yellow one quite a lot…But I always think grey is great!

I never get enough of this colour, while brights, well, after a while I get fed up and stop wearing them. I suppose if one has enough cash to buy this and that, then it’s simpler…

What’s your winter’s fabulous buy?

I must stop spending. I have bought myself some lovely things this winter. I guess, because the last few years I had to be a bit careful, I slightly over-did it this season.  Yesterday though, I bought the best pair of shoes I have ever had!!!

I was looking for a pair of boots, that’s because I discovered I can actually walk with heels (slowly), not very high ones but I don’t like them too high anyway. I am into ankle boots right now and I love those simple, classic, zipped ones. I can’t find them though, so, I thought I would have a look in an outlet near my home town.

I bought a pair of summer T-bar’s!! I know, it is not what I wanted and was trying to find, but, as my sister reminded me I always say, buy what’s fabulous and fits you wonderfully when you find it, because when you look for it, it won’t be there! On top of that, I can’t normally afford L’ Autre Chose shoes, but these ones on sale I could!! They are slightly tight, but, they are sooo gorgeous, I am willing to do anything in order to wear them! I think I will start walking around the house with them, I am going to look so chic! Well, my feet are, the rest of me will probably be more comfortable and my “house outfit” will look rather funny!!

Mine are grey, which is even better because there’s nothing that won’t go with that colour, plus it looks much better against my usually pale legs…
